What we do

Versus Media, UAB operates online stores for a family of 1 direct-to-consumer brands in our markets. That means we run the website, process the payment, dispatch the order, and answer the email when something needs sorting out. Our name appears on the card statement and on the parcel, so we take the responsibility that comes with it seriously.

How we think about products

We only sell what we would use ourselves and what customers keep reordering. Every product has clear instructions, an honest description and a return policy that applies if it is not right for you.

How we think about customers

Most questions are about a delivery, a subscription or a refund. They deserve a quick, plain answer from a person, which is what our support team is there for. Reviews and complaints are read by the people who decide what we sell next.

Where we are

Versus Media, UAB is registered in Lithuania. Warehousing and fulfilment are handled by our logistics partners close to our customers, so orders arrive quickly and returns are easy.
